Refund And Return Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your order confirmation. We offer free standard USPS shipping on all of our products to anyone in the continental United States (that excludes Hawaii, Alaska, And Puerto Rico).
If you require express shipping, please select the expedited shipping options at checkout or email us at [email protected] so we can meet your delivery time needs.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds And Returns
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For water test kits, the package must not be opened and the contents of the kit must also not be opened or tampered with in order to be returned. If you have not opened your kit and wish to return it within the 30 day window, simply send the package back with the included prepaid postage.
Once we receive the kit and confirm it is unopened, you will receive your refund within 48 hours. Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank to complete the refund processing and the money to be back in your account.
We will not issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- -Obvious signs of use
- -Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- -Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit or credit card issuer, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted to your account.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If your water test kit arrives damaged or has damaged or broken water sample collection products inside, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will send you a new water test kit with free expedited shipping.
